A
fluffed shot from the tee may well make it into the little
valley and first water hazard which lie about 50 yards ahead.
The key here is to hit straight and keep to the middle of
the fairway: go too far right and you'll find heavy rough
and scattered trees which come into play; trees on the left
line the out of bounds and you should try and avoid getting
too close as their overhanging branches can be obstructive.
Notice the two trees further ahead that provide a gateway
to the green. These mark the second water hazard on this
hole and it is better to position yourself to pass between
these trees rather than be forced to go over them.
